Clarified Butter

Meatz in 1inch cubes

kosher salt

FGBP

bebay bellas sliced

5 garlic cloves

1c chardonnay

1.5c beef stok

2T worcestershire

2T dijon mustard

3T AP flour

Creme Fraiche

brown meatz in clarified butters

set asaide

saute shrooms and onions if you like

deglaze pan w/ wine and cook down

mix stock, worc sauce, dijon, mustard and flour together

pour into deglazed wine pan

add all the stuff and simmer till done

serve over pasta woth dollop od c fraiche and paprika sprinkles
