Dark Chocolate/Coffee Mousse

6 oz coffee flavored chocolate chips

14 oz heavy cream (ICE COLD!)

3-4 egg whites

1 oz granulated sugar

-Melt chocolate chips

-whip egg whites to firm peaks gradually adding sugar

-whip heavy cream

-fold chocolate and egg whites

-fold in whipped cream

-dollop with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
